Looking for an Web Developer/Designer to rebuild and update the content of a Procurement and Supply Chain Intranet Portal making it client-centric, service focussed and easier to use. The updating of the current Portal will align with streamlining of all procurement and supply chain functions and best practice throughout organisation. You will be required to:- STAGE 1 1.
Review current Procurement and Supply Chain intranet page and its content Review current intranet page Identify gaps in information Provide feedback and best practise advice on presentation of user resources in a service catalogue format There are multiple sources of data currently being used that provides procurement and supply chain information. 2) Prepare new content Organise meetings with Procurement and Supply Chain stakeholders to validate and document requirements Attend meetings where required with other users/stakeholders Collect and review new information/content needed for the intranet portal Update current information and links from data provided by procurement and supply chain. Provide all data and links at the end of the review in appropriate format with 100% accuracy STAGE 2 Develop new content (procedures, talk sheets, frequently asked questions) Refresh and update existing pages using HTML and CSS Update pages in Test environment using Microsoft Expression Web 4.
