Problem Management Specialist
Looking for a Problem Management Specialist to facilitate the coordination of problem investigation & mitigation, adhering to client's process and in-line with performance targets. The role encompasses the governance of the identification, classification, prioritisation, root cause analysis, and solution implementation within the Problem Records that are aligned and integrated with all IT processes. As a Problem Management Specialist you will strive to stabilise and improve the IT services under management by removing or managing errors, thereby preventing Incidents, eliminating recurring Incidents, and minimising the impact of Incidents that cannot be prevented.
