Working closely with the Partner and lawyers in this family-based practice area, this role is offered on a full time permanent basis and would a career paralegal/intermediate legal assistant who enjoys assisting instrumentally to aid in the team's success. The role Your duties will include but not be limited to: File and matter management Diary management Billing Flexibility, reliability and organisation always Digital dictation Word processing Prepare various court documents (i.e. affidavits, initiating applications, consent orders), correspondence, complex documents and briefs to Counsel; Prepare and manage your work load and attend to your billings, Work closely with your author to provide a top-quality client service; As a successful candidate your experience will include: At least 3 years' experience gained in private practice Self-motivation and the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines Exceptional client service The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Excellent communication skills both written and verbal The ability to confidently liaise with internal and external parties Strong attention to detail and accuracy Remuneration & Benefits: Training/Development Fantastic working environment Opportunities to expand your network and experience Top-tier Interested in applying?
