APS 6 Projects/Admin Officer
Our client a large Federal Govt. department is seeking an experienced APS 6 Projects/Admin Officer for an initial 6-month contract - City location. This team manages the area's mailbox, coordination, governance and meeting requirements for mailbox approval.
To be successful in this role you must have a strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and a team player. About the role: Monitoring the impact and quality of customer service activities, analysing and making recommendations based on customer feedback from a number of sources, and implementing changes to maintain or improve customer service standards Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on non-routine financial, delivery, or reporting issues to do with projects or PMO operations to ensure positive customer outcomes Performing independent research work and analysis including the preparation of draft reports on relevant program activities, project milestones, or PMO operations Developing, delivering, coordinating, planning and assessing training programs or activities for a range of stakeholders including project managers and Divisional staff on project framework and PM processes Interpreting, drafting and reviewing policy and procedural directions within the project management framework for wider review and publication Contributing to the planning and implementation of wider agency policies and objectives for projects and project governance Reviewing and clearing vendor invoices, contractor timesheets and managing contractor assignments and workload To submit your application, please apply online using the appropriate link below.
