We are seeking to appoint a Head of Customer Succes s to an organisation who are content creators to some of the worlds largest FMCG companies. The is a greenfield position where you will be required to create and execute the strategy as you track and measure customer success effectiveness and performance. In collaboration with sales, account managers and product teams you will identify opportunities to better onboard client in a faster and efficient way.
As an extension of the renewals team, you will own your renewal pipeline and gain a full understanding of the sales processes and the importance of alignment across the entire revenue stream. it is understood that this is a challenging role, given this, you will not be left alone, full support will be given by the team as you grow your position in recruiting a team of Customer Success Staff. it is a fully remote organisation, thus where you work in the world has little importance, this is more about the person and the qualities and experience you bring to the role. The person we are are seeking will have an ROI focus, have experience in creative marketing, advertising or aligned industries, and have an understanding of current visual marketing trends. You will also have a proven history of success in a Customer Success role and be dedicated to the success of the position and organisation.
