4 hours per fortnight, based at RMH City Campus, Parkville. Your Opportunity: Exciting opportunities exist to join the Department of Genomic Medicine and Parkville Familial Cancer Centre (PFCC) in a Part Time Fixed Term role until March 2021. The Centre is a comprehensive genetic service providing diagnosis, counselling and support to adults with a variety of genetic disorders.
The Office Administrator will work closely with the rest of the admin team, clinicians, genetic counsellors and associate genetic counsellors to: Ensure our patients and their families receive an excellent service Ensure a smooth patient journey through our service from referral, booking, registration, clinic admin through to billing About You: Excellent communication skills and experience working in a team Previous experience working in a hospital or medical clinic setting Ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail Benefits: A Values based organisation offering great prospects for career diversity and professional advancement, including training and research opportunities, and access to mentorship and leadership programs.
