Part-Time Payroll Officer
Join a team of 3 to take on end-to-end processing (timesheet admin through to payments), for a portfolio of employees. Gain support from the Senior Payroll Officer and Payroll Manager for on-boarding and beyond, such that you are setup for success. Description Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for: Working in a team of 3 to process weekly payroll for up to 600 employees (wages and salaried) End to end processing of payroll through to payments and reconciliations (no tax and compliance responsibilities) Timesheet administration (checking time, entering information, interpretation and application of awards / agreements) Payroll administration duties: new starters, database maintenance/changes to employee details etc.
