Apply your confidence in payroll processing (ideally drawn from a standalone role), to take full ownership of the function including to tax and compliance responsibilities, reconciliations and reporting. Description Reporting to the Finance Manager you will take responsibility for: Fortnightly payroll for 200 staff (mix of wages and salaried) using 1 award Responsible for integrity of timesheets / time captured via T&A system Full-function payroll processing including reconciliations, reporting and all tax and compliance responsibilities Calculation of any allowances and deductions, as well as terminations / any other manual calculations required Payroll administration (new starters, superannuation fund setup, change of details etc.) Resolution of queries Contribution to impending ERP system implementation Invoice entry - approvals, allocations / coding Monthly & ad-hoc weekly supplier payments Queries & escalations Supplier statement reconciliations On-charging for consumables Credit card reconciliations Staff expense reimbursements Bank reconciliations Support to AR / Billings function as required.
