We are looking for a confident Marketing and Brand Assistant to support our marketing function during an exciting phase of brand development. Chandon Australia is a premium wine brand dedicated to creating méthode traditionnelle cool-climate sparkling wines, with winery operations based in the Yarra Valley, Victoria. Chandon is part of the French luxury wines and spirits company, Moët Hennessy, which is a key business group of LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy), a family of more than 70 luxury maisons including Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Dom Pérignon, Moët & Chandon, Sephora and TAG Heuer. About the Role We are looking for an efficient, highly organised and experienced early-career marketing/brand professional to assist our brand and marketing function during an exciting phase of brand development.

As a project assistant you will work with our Marketing & Communications Manager supporting various administrative tasks relating to our global branding project as well as regular departmental support. In this role, you will assist with: Administrative and support tasks related to the roll-out of our major branding project across the business Updating branding, collateral, digital platforms, partner platforms, content and POS The project management of special customer and sales initiatives related to our branding project The planning & execution of creative contemporary site events & activations Tasks related to B2B hospitality & experiences, marketing content for tourism & trade partners and our local hospitality function marketing Degree qualifications in Brand Management, Marketing, Communications, or a business equivalent A minimum of 2 years' experience working in/with a marketing & PR department or agency for contemporary brands Developing, implementing & tracking digital content plans across online, social media and Chandon's CRM platform Engagement initiatives, tracking and reporting on our media, influencer, and ambassador programs as well as winery-driven publicity (awards, destination advertising) Requirements To be successful in this position, you will have: An exceptional eye for detail, visual presentation, and creativity Expert communication and copywriting skills, with a track record of drafting and checking content aligned with brand image and tone of voice Proven exceptional administrative, organisation and project management skills Motivated, high energy and can work independently / unsupervised High level of technology skill including MS Office, Excel, the Adobe suite and/or CRM platforms Drivers licence and your own vehicle (the roll will b.
