Take all initial enquiries and register EOI’s Selling land, as well as spec, complete and off the plan homes Providing a higher than average level of customer support to inbound enquiries Understanding and assessing client’s needs & providing suitable solutions Manage the sales process from Transaction Agreement (sales advice) to the Home Building Agreement BENEFITS: Apart from all the benefits at the top of the advert, also: Immediate start available Full induction on the product and unique selling points provided 100 – 150 leads being generated a week through marketing Dedicated Sales Administrator Excellent company culture – you will be working with a dynamic team of professionals that average 5 years tenure with the business REQUIREMENTS: You will be an experienced contract home or House & Land sales executive (3 years) with outstanding customer service and relationship building skills.
