Technical Lead (Cyber Security)

One of our premium clients based in Canberra is looking for a highly experienced and committed Technical Lead to assist on projects within the Cyber Security Program. This Program consists of a number of projects with the mandate to improve the security posture and the supporting systems. The successful applicant is expected to: Work collaboratively with a third party vendor providing CyberArk solution build / configuration services and assisting in the development of technical documentation i.

e High Level Design, Detailed Level Design, System Management Plan and others. Configure, own and maintain the CyberArk Test Environment With the Project Manager, manage a number of stakeholders across the corporate and operational environment. Define a requirements traceability matrix for the project.

Support the tracking and testing of defined business requirements. Support the User Acceptance Testing and the validation of each agreed business requirement. Support the Project Manager in defining and delivering key artefacts to the agreed time, budget and quality.

Identify risks and issues and assist the Project Manager with mitigation strategies. Ability to understand and document complex business processes. Ability to adapt communication of business and technical requirements to the appropriate audience.

With the Project Manager, manage external vendors to make sure that their deliverables are aligned to the business requirements and agreed timeframes. Required skills & experience: Mandatory Technical analysis, solution design and solution build using the CyberArk privileged access management suite Demonstrable knowledge of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience across the Information Security Management impacts of solution design and how to optimise The ability to adapt and be flexible without losing focus of customer results and deliverables.

Demonstrable interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills to develop strong and collaborative stakeholder relationships. Demonstrable strong communication skills and ability to confidently interact across cross-functional technical and non-technical teams. Demonstrable problem solving ability.

Excellent written and verbal English. Minimum CyberArk certified of level 2 (CDE). Desirable Knowledge of the Information Security Manual (ISM) and Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).

 Knowledge of the operational management of security controls. Experience implementing the ACSC Essential 8 mitigation strategies Demonstrated understanding of customer focused service delivery and benefit achievement. University degree or related work experience.
