SAS Programmer/Developer - MUST HAVE CREDIT RISK AND SAS You will be a part of The Basel III Data Delivery stream of the Basel III project where you will strategically source data for variable and model build for growing analytics capability. Key responsibilities: Work with Basel III Data Delivery stream of the Basel III project Work with business units to understand credit risk related data elements Source data identification, involving identifying the optimal source of the required data variables (e.g.

, those required for modelling, calculation and reporting) Data Investigation to help determine the root cause of the issue and where required The development of analytical data routines for extraction, alignment, transformation and preparation for analytical consumption Engineering, detailed design and optimisation for data processes and enhancement of the Analytics Data Framework Key skills: Advanced SAS and SQL skills Credit Risk and/or Banking Product experience is mandatory Extensive experience of commercial SAS particularly in data manipulation and cleansing Demonstrable experience of Business Analysis and Functional & Non-Functional Analysis experience Detailed experience in data quality analysis and remediation in a large/complex financial services organisation Good knowledge and hands on experience working with data in multiple formats such as XML, CSV, flat files, SAS data-sets and Teradata database/server IMPORTANT: By submitting your email address and any other personal information when you APPLY to a job, you consent to such information being collected, held, used and disclosed in accordance with our COLLECTIONS NOTICE and PRIVACY POLICY. http://www.bluefinresources.
