Customer Service Officer
Our client is seeking a Temporary Customer Service/Revenue Officer to join their professional and committed team for a 6-month contract. This is a pivotal role for a large Bendigo organisation and as such you will be a professional individual who can successfully meet deliverables in a timely manner. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and adaptable in order to work from home and be able to go into the office on occasions.
Duties will include: Act as the first level of escalation point for customer billing enquiries. Providing support to customers on matters relating to billing, rating and debt enquiries. Effectively and efficiently responding to phone, counter, email and mail contacts.
Providing specialist advice and resolving enquiries for both internal and external parties Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Excellent administrative skills including database management experience Positive and professional customer-focused approach to work. Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. Ability to confidently liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
