An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PM Shift Transport Allocator to join our logistics team based in Beresfield. The Shift: 12pm - 8pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. Sunday 2pm - 6pm Reporting to the Branch Manager, the PM Shift Transport Allocator will be responsible for ensuring that all business functions / duties are carried out as per the operating procedures and in a timely manner.
These duties will primarily revolve around the receipt and dispatch of freight. Key responsibilities of the role include: Team supervision Warehouse task delegation & coordination Transport coordination Training / work health and safety Operational guidance Compliance with policy and procedures The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 4 years transport experience Fork lift licence (advantageous) People leadership experience Excellent time management Strong communication and computer skills Work health & safety awareness An ability to be a team player and take ownership of the role Willingness to be hands on, i.e.
