The Role Working with the Senior People & Capability (P&C) Lead and the broader P&C Team you will lead a small team of your own and partner with key stakeholders to provide business focussed, strategic and tactical support to enable the effective delivery of the business and P&C strategy. Key focuses are: Build strong working relationships based on credibility and open communication to enable the provision of commercial, timely and accurate advice to stakeholders; Support the Senior P&C Lead in the development, implementation and evolution of the P&C strategy, working to embed a strategic and integrated approach across the organisation; Lead, coach and motivate others in the development of robust and innovative approaches to build ownership and engagement at all levels; Provide comprehensive industrial and employee relations advice and services to effectively manage employee relations matters. About You A well-rounded HR Generalist, you are spirited and outcomes focused with experience in leading within heavily regulated and dynamic environments.
You’ll have a passion for building and enabling with a natural constructive, coaching style. More attributes and skills: The ability to think strategically, influence, then plan and execute; Action-oriented and results focused; Experience in providing strong leadership to a Team and the business on a broad range of people matters to optimise outcomes; Collaborative, with a strong focus on internal customer service in building relationships and providing advice; A relevant Tertiary qualification.
