Principal Scheduling Advisor
The Principal Scheduling Advisor is a key technical role within VHHSBA's Project Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for: developing, implementing and supporting adoption of effective project planning/scheduling standards, practices and processes, in alignment with leading practice across VHHSBA's diverse project portfolio; supporting project teams with subject matter expertise, advice and mentoring to drive capability uplift and compliance with scheduling requirements defined in VHHSBA's Project Management Framework (PMF); supporting continuous improvement of scheduling practices within the Authority; critically evaluating milestone forecasting/reporting as required and providing input into internal and external reports; escalating scheduling risks, issues and non-compliances to the Project Standards, Capability and Continuous Improvement Manager; and, supporting executive-level portfolio planning as required. Are you A Principal Project Planner/Scheduler with major capital project experience? Driven, agile and diligent with high-level of attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects with conflicting priorities? Able to confidently communicate and provide expert scheduling advice to stakeholders at all levels to support the delivery of large programs of works?
