The key duties of the position include The Role Position 1 - As the Performance Measurements Business Officer are responsible for: • Coordination and preparation for customer and stakeholder performance review meetings including the preparation of high level documentation, data input and management of corporate reporting systems • Collection, collation and analysis of complex performance and KPI data to inform decision making. You will need to present this data graphically • Provide input to reporting including management review and material sustainment agreements • Work collaboratively, build and sustain effective working relationships with customers and key stakeholders • Manage competing priorities well and meeting deadlines • Develop and produce a wide variety of written products and review policies and processes Positions 2 & 3 - As the Helicopter Aircrew Training System (HATS) Business Officer or the Maritime Aviation Support Unit (MASU), you will work within a small Product Support Unit (PSU) team of specialists providing contract management, governance and assurance oversight of a key Navy and Army training capability. Some of the key duties of this role are: • Provide business services to the HATS PSU in the areas of:o Financial management o Performance management; o Contract management; and o Various ad hoc services as required.

Manage unit finance at the operational level including maintain, monitor, analyse and report on the progress of financial performance against programmed expenditure. • Develop, oversee and maintain business management processes and procedures in accordance with higher level requirements.
Coordinate the day to day operational support of business management processes. • Assist the oversight of contract elements of security, facilities and WHS that drives the requirement for PSU to monitor, provide guidance and direction to the contractor and other stakeholders. • Arrange simple and complex procurement, and undertake contract management duties.
