Next World Enterprises is building the next world of safety, training, and inductions through Virtual Reality. With 11% of all workplace deaths related to falls from heights and the leading cause of confined space entry fatalities is inadequate training, VR offers a safe and controlled training ground for individuals to get the training they need to save lives.

As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing team to assist in acquiring, and nurturing their clients. The founder has proven experience building and scaling niche companies and will be a terrific mentor for your career development. You are ready for your next big challenge The Role: This is a customer relationship-centric role that will require you to: In General: Forecast, develop and manage a consistent, predictable sales pipeline for the dedicated market segments Identify and implement compelling events to increase pipeline velocity & predictability Attend and participate in networking and industry events to drive awareness and interest in the solution Work on Tenders, EoI’s and procurement platforms in order to achieve sales. Work with the successful BD structures internally to reach your monthly/quarterly KPI’s Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Communicate with technical and non-technical team members, stakeholders and clients Work within a well-structured sales pipeline generation model New Leads: Generate revenue for the business through identifying, qualifying and closing new business Use your past experience and confidence in cold calling to build brand awareness and win business (this is just 10% of your role). Work with and nurture inbound warm leads that flow through the marketing funnel Be the Technical Subject Matter Expert when meeting new clients - the abil.
