If you are a born natural at multi tasking, with an approachable nature, then this could be the perfect role for you About the Company: Boutique’s client is within Professional Services and looking for an experienced Office Manager to run the Sydney office in the CBD. About the Role: The Office Manager role is important for ensuring the team can perform their roles in the most efficient and professional way. You will be overseeing a variety of responsibilities including HR, IT, Marketing, Facilities and Operations.

Key Responsibilities: Finance Ensure high level of office presentation Manage all stationary, couriers, mail and other administrative functions Maintain relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders Manage the office premises and equipment Monthly management reporting for Principal meetings Oversee client invoicing and timesheet entry Assist Finance Manager with duties on weekly basis Manage aspects of the firm’s IT infrastructure including day to day support/training for all users Work with the firm’s IT support provider to ensure seamless connection and security Manage promotional products and other marketing collateral Oversee marketing activity in accordance with the firms marketing strategies Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and recruitment of new employees Prepare letters of employment and other HR documents including delivery of warning letters Take part in all employee performance reviews and development plans Prepare and maintain policies and procedures Manage firm’s mentor program Manage the administration team First point of contact for employees Chair monthly management meetings and attend monthly board About You: 4 years’ experience in an Office Manager role Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure High attention to detail Amazing time management Ability to liaise effectively with internal staff, suppliers and above all provide a 5 service to clients Ideally immediately available or 2 weeks’ notice max Excellent verbal and written communication Must have full working rights How to Apply: Click on the APPLY button now so you don’t miss out Due to the high number of applicants please note that only successful candidates will be contacted For the most up to date roles and recruitment information please add us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/boutiqueconsult or follow us on LinkedIn https://www.
