We are seeking Sales Ambassadors with Star Personalities to engage with customers and drive sales Enjoy ongoing casual work for Optus Brand Influence Group (BIG) is an industry-leading experiential, sales and field-marketing organisation that provides innovative solutions and outsourced workforce services. Our mobile workforce community is over 2,000 strong across Australia and New Zealand and includes experts in fields such as; brand representation, sales, demonstrations and merchandising. Our way of saying a BIG thank you for your hard work As a Sales Ambassador, you will promote and sell Optus product solutions. These products may include Mobile Phones, Mobile Plans, Mobile Broadband, Home Broadband and Home Entertainment. You will represent Optus at various activities including shopping centre kiosks, pop up/retail stores and community events within the NOWRA region.
Ideally, the candidate would be centrally located in the Nowra area with the requirement to travel to other store locations from time to time including Mittagong and Ulladulla. Hours vary with up to 20 hours per week on offer. Your roles and responsibilities include: Confidently engage with customers as the first point of contact Increase sales opportunities through the interactive promotion of products and services Manage objections by actively listening and closing customer knowledge gaps Provide exceptional customer service and have excellent problem-solving skills Set-up/pack down and manage retail kiosks, pop-ups and collateral Assist with maintaining Optus inventory and assets An ability to work autonomously but with an overall team focus Required experience and attributes: Have worked in customer-facing promotional or retail environments Must be well presented, reliable and able to work variable hours and days Be passionate about innovation, technology and entertainment Confident in engaging and building a relationship with customers Communicates well and is adept to understanding customer needs A current Australian driver’s licence and own reliable transport Travel is required with some overnight stay At BIG, our people are the heart of our business.
