MARKETING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST | NEWCASTLE About the role We have a unique opportunity for a data-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to join the Marketing & Customer Experience Department at our state-of-the-art facility in Tomago, just outside Newcastle. In this position you will accelerate growth in demand generation activities and customer experience initiatives.
This role will design and implement best-in-class digital programs to develop new prospects and nurture them through our customer lifecycle - from unknown prospect to fanatically loyal customer. This will involve developing, managing and supporting the end-to-end acquisition and installed base growth strategy to drive quality leads for our sales organization through thoughtful, optimized programs across all digital media channels. You’ll work with our Go to Market team to develop compelling content aligned with our segmented target audiences at each stage of the buying process.

Key Responsibilities Campaign execution using your insight to optimise customer journeys Run A/B tests for email campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance Analyse automation results and develop best procedures for our marketing automation Ideate and execute various email marketing campaigns Collaborate with team members to work on the design and copy/content Identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behaviour, demographic, geographic, psychographic characteristics, etc. Transactional customer journeys – i.e.
forgot password, haven’t logged in for a while Skills & Experience Tertiary qualification with Marketing and technology focus Several years’ experience in a similar role Proficiency in Marketing Automation software or experience of working on email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and Google Analytics Sound understanding of data-driven digital experience Top-notch verbal and written communication skills Excellent project management and collaboration skills, i.e., a team player Desirable: Sitecore experience developing of Campaigns and Automation.
