Tagged as one of the companies to watch as it surpasses all expectations, it is a fintech company going places The Role The person in this role will work in a call centre environment, maintaining strong relationships with members and advisers and ensure that agreed SLA's are adhered to, client issues are addressed and service levels improve over time. Active monitoring of assigned client enquiries and concerns (that appear in the relevant customer email inboxes) is key to this role as is ensuring client response times are met and negative issues are identified and escalated as required.

Key Responsibilities of the Role Respond to service requests within agreed SLA arrangements, professionally and with empathy Responsible for pro-actively referring to advisers any missing requirements Liaising with multiple internal departments to ensure resolution of queries within the agreed SLAs, escalations where appropriate What we're looking for Apart from the usual well-developed communication skills, attention to detail, ability to build relationships and work as part of a broader team, commitment, resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure, you'll also need: 2 years experience in a Superannuation call centre dealing with members Experience working with Superannuation systems Demonstrated ability to work to call centre SLA's Good knowledge of market participants and fund providers Experience in Windows Experience in Wrap / Investment Platforms dealing with advisors and investors will be highly regarded RG146 or equivalent preferred What's in it for you A competitive salary is on offer, along with a genuine career opportunity working with passionate, intelligent high-achievers in a company that is going places fast.
