Key Deliverables of the position include: Understand the end to end solution to facilitate the delivery of suitable solution options to meet business needs In conjunction with the team and vendor, analyse and manage the application to agreed service levels. In conjunction with the team and vendor, ensure ongoing reliability and effective performance of the LGP application to ensure that all components meet customer expectations To be flexible, innovative, and dynamic to suggest alternatives to enable business change while providing appropriate compliance. Exercise problem-solving skills in determining the source of system problems Work with the business and vendor, manage the introduction of new enhancements and services, ensure all operational acceptance criteria are met, and the solution becomes a defined service in line with business demand expectations.
About You Hold a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, or have demonstrable relevant experience ITIL V3 foundation certified 5 years' experience providing application support and delivery across enterprise applications in a large ICT environment.
