Lead and develop the Pricing and System team and the training of our Buying teams, to ensure that Retek pricing, promotions and data are managed in line with the Myer merchandise strategy. An exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our Merchandise team 12 Months Fixed Term Opportunities for succession planning and development About the role: Be responsible for RPM (pricing) and RMS (item registration) merchandise systems. Analyse non-compliance and develop improved work process and drive solutions relevant for pricing and scanning at the point of sale (POS).

Act as the pricing SME to the Business, including communicating with the business, supporting teams and maintaining system engagement . Promote continuous improvement by communicating with, engaging with and supporting business stakeholders to effectively utilise the potential of the merchandise systems. Work with merchandise to set timelines and communicate workflow for promotions (mid-season sale, black Friday, boxing day, stocktake etc.

). Manage ongoing training programme for Pricing and Systems, including managing delivery of buying and pricing systems training to all new starters and all levels of the business. Participate in ongoing company initiatives and projects and provide SME support, cross-functional workgroups (drop ship, brand partners, omni channel etc).

Lead team to high performance through regular and effective coaching, feedback, mentoring and training and development opportunities. Support of PAS (promotional activity sheet), including management of PAS support inbox. Provide visibility of PAS process to internal stakeholders.

Manage internal audits and checks and support external audit processes, including providing visibility to leadership teams. About you: Solid experience in either merchandise, retail operations, or retail equivalent Advanced knowledge of Merchandise Systems (Retek – RPM & RMS) and RDW) High level of proficiency with the Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook Strong problem solving ability Advanced understanding of Stores and Buying functions Strong Attention to detail and proven data accuracy Excellent time management skills, ability to priorities and manage multiple deadlines and projects Strong Analytical skills to interpret data and reporting Excellent communication – written and verbal Benefits to you: Invitations to sample sales Generous team member discounts on all Myer products Volunteer, parental and lifestyle leave available Career growth and succession opportunities Reward.
