Manager - Regulatory Response
Manager - Regulatory Response How will I help? You will play a key role in supporting Westpac’s responses to regulatory notices and enquiries (including management of end-to-end delivery of regulatory responses, stakeholder engagement and facilitation, response collation support and document/data review). As a critical member of the Advice Regulatory Response Team (ARRT), you will be required to ensure Westpac’s compliance with regulatory obligations by taking responsibility for project managing responses to mandatory regulatory notices and queries in a timely, comprehensive, and accurate manner. Day to day your position will involve; response lifecycle and project management, stakeholder management and communication, notice/request scope definition and management, estimation and financial management, oversight of data/document review executed by ARRT analysts, best practice and delivery methodology compliance, and risk and issue management.

What do I need? You will have demonstrated experience from a regulatory body or financial/ professional services firm with a strong focus on execution and experience in regulatory notice and request response handling.

You will have strong stakeholder management skills and high attention to detail, solid analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. As this is a 12-month max-term opportunity, with the possibility of extending, you will be available to commit to the full term of the contract.
