A new opportunity exists for a Capability Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract where you will have prime OC responsibility for your designated business unit/ core strategic projects.

This is a true business partnering role enabling you to work with key stakeholders and identify and deliver on key capability development requirements Key responsibilities include: • Organisation Capability (OC) key account management for the business unit relationship, working with Business Leaders and HR Directors (HRD’s) / Human Resource Manager’s (HRM’s) to understand business challenges, business opportunities and the impact of these on people capabilities • provide value adding OC solutions across business areas and partner with HRDs to build annual business unit capability plans • act as capability specialist on key strategic projects and consult on emerging capability needs • work with the business on capability budgets and provide oversight of all OC requests including partnering with OC Learning Solutions • drive OC’s Digital Learning strategy in meeting capability development needs of business units • using impact measures/analytics demonstrate scale of success of capability solutions and return on investment.
