The Role The WA Retail State Manager is accountable for the overall sales management of Optus Retail and Mass Market channels including all company owned and retail business partner stores for the achievement of customer, sales, profitability and business objectives.
This position is responsible for the leadership of key corporate initiatives and the development of the state’s business plan to increase the service and value of its retail operation. Reporting to the VP, Retail and Mass Sales, this role is primarily responsible for leading, coaching and motivating the WA State Retail leadership management team, working with store franchise/ business partners to ensure they operate their stores effectively and maximising store sales performance and championing customer experience. You will lead a Sales team of employees across company owned stores and head office as well as managing the relationship and performance of state based retail business partners.
