What you'll be doing Reporting to the Director Engineering Services - Capital Works & Infrastructure, the Project Officer supports project planning, delivery, compliance and reporting for a District wide roll-out of an electronic contractor management system. Working as part of the Capital Works & Infrastructure (CWI) team, the incumbent will apply sound organisational expertise to assess existing contractor management business processes and systems, develop project and change management plans, and oversee the roll-out & implementation of an electronic contractor management system.  How to Apply To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

Demonstrated systems roll-out project management experience within budget, scope, and deadlines. Highly developed negotiation, consultation, and interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders and demonstrated objectivity in decision-making. Proven experience in facilitating training workshops to enable smooth transitions between systems and processes.

Demonstrated understanding and experience in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures. Demonstrated analytical skills in the use of computer applications and data to identify and communicate departmental risks and opportunities.  Demons.
