HRIS Specialist

Location New South Wales, Newcastle


Key responsibilities: Business definition, analysis, traceability and change management Work across the business units and with project teams to define and manage change Conduct Business Process & Gap analysis Input to project reporting and change status documentation Take lead in organizing and supporting system, UAT testing and product acceptance Responsibility for developing change intervention material for communications and training Assist in develop stakeholder briefing packs, project road-maps and change strategies Contribute to the development, maintenance and implementation of HR policies Experience required: 5 years demonstrated capability with end-to-end HR, Payroll and Talent Management systems Experience with improving maturity of HRIS across an organization Excellent staekholder management capability Knowledge and experience with system engineering concepts, development frameworks and delivery methods (agile experience would be anadvantage) Experience in an Agile environment BABOK or PMBOK (desirable) Please apply through the link with your CV or call Mark McGarry on 0434 028 779
