Recruitment Manager role in Canberra
Large government client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager for an initial 4-month role starting 31 st August, $55-75 per hour super Client Details Our client is a Large Government Department located in Canberra who is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager for 4 months possible 12-month extension. Description Duties will include but will not be limited to: Develop, maintain, and provide support for division job descriptions and recruitment activities Advise hiring managers on interview techniques tailored to specific roles and required attributes Provide guidance and support development of the recruitment framework that fits in the on boarding process for the agency Develop and actively manage key internal and external relationships, including collaborating with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, achieve outcomes and facilitate cooperation. In addition to representing and explaining agency views in various forums.
Provide oversight to the Program Manager on the all recruitment activities Profile At least 5 year's experience in recruitment. Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at the executive level. Excellent conflict resolution skills Strong written, verbal, communication and presentation skills.
Strong experience in successfully managing and delivering results within time restraints and with competing priorities. Proven ability to communicate with influence, negotiate outcomes and manage complex stakeholder relationships, including across a geographically dispersed network.
