The Role The role of State Manager Healthcare will oversee whole of site functions and manage DC performance and improvement against safety, people, service level and financial expectations. It will also play a leading role in supporting the customers and customer service team through focus on improving safety, developing capability and cost reduction. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage and execute the DC business strategy, overseeing all functions including operations, finance, facilities, IT, Safety and HR Manage the cost of service delivery within an agreed budget whilst achieving agreed service level KPI's.

Driving a strong safety culture throughout the site and ensuring HSE is embedded in the operation and included in all decision making Provide visible leadership through effective implementation of people strategies and achieving business objectives Lead continuous improvement initiatives and change programs with the goal of further cost reductions and continuing service level improvements. Maintain and build key relationships with the customer support centre including, finance, project teams, stores, suppliers and other business partners Superior service focus ensuring swift resolution regarding issues impacting the customer About you To be successful in this role, you will need: Demonstrated achievements in operation management role within a warehousing and/or transport environment. Superior customer service and relationship experience Demonstrated achievements in service delivery, cost management, team leadership, quality and process improvement.

Comprehensive understanding of supply chain business operations with ability to work across multiple stakeholders to achieve successful business outcomes. Commercial acumen, with the ability to consistently deliver outcomes through others.
