Leadership Capability Consultant
We are seeking a high impact Organisational Capability Consultant who can really add value and make a difference to a business that provides critical and essential services to the community. This is an exceptional opportunity to join this established business that is undergoing cultural change and transformation. They have a need to further evolve and develop their people strategy to support this change and do some unique and innovative work in the capability space.
Reporting to the Organisational Capability Leader, your role will oversee the input into a range of key programs, supporting leadership development, fit for purpose capability solutions, employee life cycle management and helping reshape the learning framework to accommodate business objectives and growth. Other key responsibilities include: ? Assist in the development and/or source programs, processes and tools to strengthen leaders across the organisation including succession planning, assessments, feedback, mentoring, coaching and learning. ? Partner with Senior Management on assessing team capability and assist in developing customised learning and development programs to ensure succession planning and talent management is proactively managed with measurable results.
? Contribute to reporting across insights, analysis and trends. ? Provide support around change management initiatives and contemporary learning practices. ? Analyse learning outcomes and organisational needs in light of research and best practice methodologies and workforce trends.
? Contribute to the L&D calendar along with tracking and reporting on results to objectives. ? One-on-one coaching of leaders and high potential future leaders as well as facilitation of key learning programs. ? Brand Ambassador and custodian of company values and the People and Culture mission.
With proven experience in leadership capability, you have expertise in helping design and deliver practical and effective solutions that deliver measurable outcomes and you have a genuine desire to make a difference. You will be an innovative, contemporary and down to earth individual who is comfortable operating at an operational level. With high levels of initiative and integrity your interpersonal skills will be second to none and you will follow this through with strong written and verbal communication skills.
