Project Manager - Fire Services
We are working with a good fire protection contractor who have been operating for over 20 years. Projects include all new build commercial and residential developments. The provide all aspects of fire protection, including wet and dry fire sprinkler systems, water mist and deluge, Special-Hazard foam and gas suppression systems, and dry-fire alarm and detection systems.
They are looking to engage a Project Manager to work on the Wet & Dry Fire services. Tasks: Coordinate all procurement activity associated with the delivery of assigned contracts, registration of procurement activities and to ensure all relevant policies and procedures are adhered to Develop resource plans and coordinate all internal and external resources assigned to the contract delivery Develop full scale contract project and or maintenance plans using Microsoft Project Attend new sites to conduct, compile and submit quotations Monitor progress of projects to ensure that milestones and performance indicators are met Undertake post implementation reviews and reporting Quality assurance & WHMS to all tasks undertaken. Experience required for the role: 3 years experience in Project Management within dry fire is desirable Ideally you will have come from a fire tech, sprinkler fitting or service supervisor background Be capable of carrying out design works as and when required Have a strong understanding of dry fire standards and regulations Be able to manage numerous projects and a large workforce at once If you feel you are suitable please apply now or email kelvinredpathpartners.
