About your role As the Social Inclusion Manager , you will develop and support the delivery of a proven social engagement plan to contribute to Programmed’s key community client and their extensive national footprint in creating sustainable outcomes for at risk communities.

Your role will work across the extensive network of Programmed's key stakeholders and our newest client to further enhance an existing program and grow it within our client's clear missional objectives. This role come with a complicated set of challenges that will require a a community-based inclusive mindset together with entrepreneurial and commercial thinking including but not limited to cultural and heritage understanding as well as a strong community and social understanding, particularly with and towards at-risk communities and individuals. This exciting and innovative role that will see you developing and maintaining close relationships and engagement with the Contract team, Programmed's Social Inclusion business unit as well as our partner in delivering strong and measurable outcomes within the community.

Reporting to the Senior Contract Manager you will: Plan, implement and report on activities to ensure the strategy and objectives are met Identify, negotiate, implement together with multi-stakeholder partners to support our contract partner and business unit to strengthen the communities we work within Manage risk and opportunities through our business activities and interactions with our communities and stakeholders to support the Contract Understand and manage the breadth of socio-economic aspects of various communities Guide and develop the team, including assist in coaching to support our KPIs and strong sustainable outcomes. Travel is a requirement of this role, so flexibility is essential About you You are passionate about creating strong, resilient communities and come with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and a lateral solution-driven mindset. Your positive influencing skills and solution focused approach within an inclusive and diverse workplace will see you thrive in this role To be considered for this opportunity you will have: Solid experience in Stakeholder or Social Performance in a similar role ( essential ) Previous experience leading small teams ( desireable ) Tertiary Qualifications in a related Social Performance discipline – Bachelor of Social Science (advantageous) Previous experience in the property fac.
