Management Accountant About the Role In this full-time, permanent position you will provide forward looking business and financial analysis and insights, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting to optimise business performance and profitability of our clients. Key Responsibilities: Managing preparation of reports, budgets, commentaries and financial statements. Controlling and forecasting revenue, costs and cash-flows.
Liaising with managerial staff and others on all organisational levels and functions. Supervising a team FP&A Analysts, plus BI experts. Developing and managing financial systems/policies, including BI and internal control procedures.
Negotiating and obtaining finance for major projects. Creating, presenting and executing business strategies to generate value. Skills and Experience Required You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be organised, systematic, thorough, accurate and disciplined.
It is expected that you will possess good skills at navigating various organisations, forging relationships, and managing through influence rather than direct authority. Relevant tertiary qualifications and CA/CPA qualified >10 years as Finance professional with >5 years working experience abroad Progressive track record and relevant exposure at a multinational corporation Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders Strong financial analysis and modelling skills Proactive approach to delivering additional value and profitability Hands-on proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint Working knowledge of several ERP systems An understanding of database and financial modelling software Good business sense and commercial aptitude Ability to remain adaptable and agile with changing requirements Previous people management / supervisory experience.
