READ ON … If you are an experienced Technical Support Professional who is familiar with Enphase products and microinverters, Metro Solar may be the place for you Our Technical Support Engineer – Enphase position will be responsible for professional and timely resolution or referral of technical issues that may involve hardware, software, communications, installation or a blend or variables. WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO: ? Supporting and troubleshooting the integration of solar systems in home and business premises ? Implementing and troubleshooting installation of microinverters and its data conversion through Envoy into the Enlighten software interface ? Answering inbound phone calls and responding to inbound emails to provide customer support ? Conducting remote troubleshooting of Enphase products ? Providing pre-sales information about Enphase sites as needed ? Documenting all activity in a central CRM/HelpDesk software platform. Troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Enphase installations ? Escalating complex issues to external Australian Enphase CS Team ? Coordinating with Enphase Engineering with tracking of field issues, and subsequent product modifications, logging product bugs in a central database.

Assisting other team members with troubleshooting and/or administrative tasks as needed ? Participating in ongoing training/education of industry standards and Enphase product- specific information ? Troubleshooting, approving and executing warrant claims ? Following departmental conventions and procedures ? Professionally represent Metro Solar and Enphase via all communications mediums ? Abiding by all company policies and standards of conduct in accordance with Metro Solar and Enphase Energy expectations ? Performing other duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: ? 2-3 years of relevant industry experience ? Relevant technical training or certification (Engineering or Software Engineering preferred) ? Experience working in a fast-paced technical support or customer service pos.
