Senior Manager External Communication
As the Senior Manager, External Communications, you are responsible for developing and implementing a strategy and tactical initiatives to protect and enhance CUA's external reputation across media (including social media), government and industry associations, and through corporate publications such as the Annual Report. The strategy will align with CUA's Purpose and support the realisation of CUA's strategic objectives, including the CUA vision. Supporting the Head of Communications and Community, and the Chief Customer Officer, you will be responsible for collaborating with and providing advice to executive management and senior leaders.
You bring learning and expertise in from outside the business and will work with your peers across the division to establish the Customer Office as a centre of excellence and expertise for CUA. Please note this is a Parental leave contract through to October 2021.
