A rare opportunity has now become available for an accomplished Department Head to oversee their property management team, nurture a premium portfolio and work closely with the Principal to implement structures, systems and procedures to ensure best practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Senior Property Manager to step up into a leadership role and take the reins of a department. The Position In the role of Department Head, your key responsibilities will include: Oversee a premium portfolio of 150 properties with full leasing support Mentor and motivate a team, including direct management of a Leasing Consultant Work closely with the Principal to devise and implement structures, systems and procedures to streamline departmental processes Make recommendations to the Principal to ensure best practice and compliance within the department Hire and train new staff, set KPI's and drive results within the team Manage escalated complaints and disputes The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Department Head will have: An extensive background in property management (8 years' experience in a Senior Property Manager role) with great tenure in previous roles Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence An ambitious, forward-thinking and confident leader who can motivate and lead a team First class communication and top-notch relationship-building skills Ideally some experience implementing KPI's and managing staff performance A love of systems, structure and processes Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills The Perks Take the reins of a high-performing department with a premium Inner West agency $110k salary package on offer Work alongside a heavily involved Principal to innovate departmental processes and ensure best practices Build your managerial experience and oversee a gun Leasing Consultant Monday to Friday role based in the heart of the Inner West Perfect role for an experienced Senior Property Manager who is ready to step up and take ownership of a department Apply in Strict Confidence This role is brand new today and is not to be confused with anything else advertised Submit your CV by hitting APPLY NOW or contact: Stefanie Carrozza Email: stefaniep3recruitment.com.
