Description Reporting into the National Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include: Accurate administration & processing of high volume payroll (>1200 employees) Provide advice on payroll related matters including compliance, awards, agreements Undertake analysis of data and intepret results to present recommendations for improvement Contribute to the development of an effective work environment Effective communication and collaboration with a high level of customer service Profile The ideal candidate would have had high volume payroll processing experience and used a large Tier 1 or Tier 2 Payroll system (i.
e. SAP, Chris21, etc). You are highly organised and are meticulous in delivering high quality work within a timely manner.
You are competent in working both autonomously and within a large team where you can assist others where required.
