Marketplace Vendor and Communication Coordinator- Menswear
The Position: We are seeking a Marketplace Vendor & communications coordinator to join my clients team in Cheltenham. Reporting to the Head of Marketplace and in house team you will be coordinating and building relationships with 3rd party providers Vendors that support and implement the company and its sellers. Marketplace sellers with technical integration's, payment management, shipping, logistics, and general support.
This newly created role will support both the technical and commercial relationships and provides an exciting combination of business development, relationship management and technical program management of the marketplace front end and back end. As the role grows, you will become a leader of a bigger team and manage your own category. The Opportunity: This is a fantastic opportunity to network with and secure 3rd party retailers/merchants who will sell their products on the Marketplace platform.
You will also analyse traffic and sales data to identify opportunities and feedback to help retailers/sellers succeed on the marketplace. To Grow the marketplace become a key member of the team as this role has potential to grow as it will expand. Earn commissions on sales of marketplace paid every 2 weeks, on achieving targets budgets.
Skills and experience: - Bachelor's degree or higher - 2 year's experience in Marketing, Advertising or Copywriting, marketplace - The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise important tasks - Exceptional interpersonal skills - Excellent attention to detail - A problem solver who can think extremely quickly - Retail experience is not required, but will be looked upon favourably - Experience in negotiation and partnership proposal development - Experience working with/for a SaaS solution provider - Understanding of API integration's and technical requirements - Ability to leverage partnerships and provide guidance when needed - Ability to manage complex projects - Results driven and able to hold yourself accountable for delivery on growth targets - Proactive self-starter and able to independently identify new partnership opportunities - Ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels and across various business functions - Strong communication skills both verbal and written - Demonstrated drive to set and achieve aggressive growth targets - Strong quantitative analytic skills (including database analysis and Excel skills). - A passion for delivering outstanding value to customers - The ability to establish and build trusted advisor relationships with new and existing key accounts - Work with systems, businesses, and their IT dev team to integrate their product range onto the brand - Work with various technical integration methods (API, FTP/HTTP, XML, 3rd party connectors, HTML, CSV) - Hands on experience working with and integrating with various platforms including Neto, Shoppify, Magento1&2, Woocommerce and more - A whiz with Microsoft Excel (we're talking VLOOKUP a....
