Working with commercial clients and contractors the key purpose of your role is to prioritise, plan, schedule and follow up on accuracy all planned work. Client Details You will be working for a well-established organisation with a secure and growing client base in an integral role to the organisation. Description Day to day duties involve: Raise work orders in Pronto for each site for each occasion of RM and reactive jobs Ensure all supporting documentation are up to date and ready for the technician prior to required attendance Allocate all work orders to technician in Pronto Contact site and arrange suitable attendance Determine appropriate response time for breakdown calls, scheduled repairs, scheduled maintenance and request for quotes to meet customer expectations and contractual agreements Principle point of contact for the customer for all queries Book travel for remote attendance as required Engage subcontractor as required Review the work to be performed and determine the best way to accomplish the work and improve profitability.
Consult with leads, supervisors, originator and stores personnel as required Raise quoted jobs Raise new work orders received following quoted defect works, identify and secure all parts and materials required to complete the work by providing Stores with a purchase order and any special kitting instructions Schedule defect jobs to be done both metropolitan and regional (liaising with scheduler) Manage the status of work control and backlog for work order submission to work order completion Finalise the maintenance resource schedule based on contractual agreements Follow up and communicate schedule to all resources - Service Administration Supervisor, SEME Technical Supervisor and Service Manager Continuously improve the job estimate, planning and scheduling by receiving feedback from supervisors, field staff and customers Keep accurate metrics on all raised jobs for appointed customers; update spreadsheets with all open jobs, completed jobs, P & L Provide weekly report to Service Administration Supervisor Invoicing of all routine maintenance and quoted defect works in a timely manner to comply with contractual agreements such as pricing, deadlines and paperwork requirements Profile The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Maintenance Administrator with exceptional communication skills and an ability to engage with all stakeholders across an organisation. You will take pride in all you do and ensure your work is always completed to a high standard and is accurate.
