Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services. Programmed Skilled Workforce and GrainFlow are now seeking an experienced Harvest Operations Assistant to work at GrainFlow's Beanbri/Walgett site. This is a short-term contract role to provide leading hand and supervisory support in the lead up, during and post-harvest.

The role will focus on safe and efficient operations of grain sampling and classification, weighing, bunker and plant operations with a heavy focus on training, supervising and where required execute with, plant operations, bunker operations including tarping. There will also be a requirement to provide supervision and support to sampling, classification and weighbridge operations where required, ensuring implementation of safe and efficient work practices across all areas of operation. Facilities often operate 24/7 throughout the harvest period, therefore this role will need to be flexible with work hours and days of operation.

Support with grower / carrier enquiries or conflict About you: 3-5 years' experience in leading hand / supervisor type roles 3 to 5 years' experience in plant operations experience (i.

e. front-end loaders, conveyors, elevators, tractors etc.) Motor vehicle license Level 2 First Aid certificate Confined space entry certificate Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently to colleagues, contractors, and customers Ability to accept new or changing work demands Ability to supervise employees and administer operational training through our training packages and Work Instructions (WIs) Ability to priorities and work to a schedule Ability to be hands on and comfortable with physical activities Join the programmed community and work for a company who values your safety and wellbeing.
