What you will be doing and will be responsible for: The Project Officer will be employed on a contract basis to manage and deliver a portfolio of business projects to support Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation’s strategic plans in becoming an independent charity. Primary project is the establishment of a CRM system for the entity.
This position reports to the Business Manager, Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation, however, will work closely with all Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation team members. This position is offered as a PT Fixed Term (9 month) contract, preferably working Tuesday to Friday (.6 FTE).
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Focus Lead the development and delivery of a portfolio of business projects, including the delivery of a new Customer Relations Management Database, Salesforce Develop and implement strategies and tools for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of projects, including risk and contingency management, project impact and quality measures Financial Management Create and manage all project timelines and budgets, ensuring that each project is delivered on time and within budget Operational Excellence Lead and oversee all aspects of project development and implementation including preparing business cases and project plans, establishing appropriate governance, identifying, allocating and managing resources, and meeting reporting requirements, to ensure project outcomes are achieved and complying with quality standards and in line with project management methodology Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues and present recommendations to support project delivery in line with established plans, budgets, timeframes, policy objectives and other project priorities Oversee,....
