ICT Business Analyst (Full-time)
ADYEN AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED Location: 1/255 Riley Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 Position Title: ICT Business Analyst (Full-time) AUD130,000 plus super DUTIES t Bridge the current Point of Sale (PoS) and current international payments knowledge gap within Australian Account Management and Sales teams. t To be able to build within partnerships by identifying our partner’s business needs through a deep understanding of the Adyen platform, to formulate short and long-term development goals for them, that are realistic for implementation and managing those goals both internally and externally. t Be responsible for the development, testing and deployment of PoS products from Amsterdam and other global teams to coordinate Australian product features (of a highly technical nature), to better suit the needs of Australian customers.
t Be responsible for coordinating a global project team utilizing your project management skills, and extensive experience to train and hand over projects to local Account Managers. t Coordinate the management of Adyen personnel and resources in, and manage the execution of, any internal project pertaining to his/her projects. t Initially manage a small number of very large accounts through integration and Go-live.
t Support the local AM team with current PoS accounts. Support Sales team in pitching. Work with individuals and teams across the organization to ensure the best possible client experience and to develop him/herself and his/her colleagues professionally.
t A knowledge expert, with several years of experience, is needed to support the growth of our clients by formulating and documenting business requirements. t Build partnerships with PoS vendors, partners and platforms to further improve market presence in Australia. t Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel.
t Have experience working with a variety of global PoS partners is a must, as this sets a realistic expectation for future partners. t Strategically outlining KPIs for products and working with our partners to help manage costs and resources and meet project goals, be able to speak to KPIs and act accordingly to ensure continued success by working with cross-functional partners across the company and externally to achieve success. REQUIRED SKILLS t A Bachelor Degree level qualification or at least 5 years relevant employment experience; t Minimum two (2) years Management, Retail, Leadership, Project Management experience required; t Experience at a POS payment company in areas such as business development and payment, account or implementation management preferred.
