Site manager required to work for an established tier 3 builder across commercial projects up to $10M COMPANY: Tier 3 business that specialises in projects across commercial construction, fit-out, refurb, and interiors up to $10M. Their project portfolio includes hospitality, education, retail, health/aged-care, and government. ROLE: As the Site Manager, you will enjoy full ownership and work on a variety of new build, interior fit-out & refurbishment projects (typically across the Education and health markets).
Reporting to the Project Manager you will be directly responsible for the day-to-day management of a site based activities; Programming and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveries Maintaining & developing rapport between site teams, internal and external consultants Ensure health & safety standards on site Liaise with the CA to identify variations & claims Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure programs & budgets are adhered to YOU: Experience delivering new build and fit-out projects from their inception with projects across education, health, office, and hospitality for a reputable builder of values between $5M-10M Strong knowledge of services & BMS systems Solid work history with good length of service Have good knowledge of Australian building standards Good communication and leadership skills Demonstrable experience in leading and organising projects and teams Knowledge of writing high-quality contract scope and specification documents.
