The Project This is a fixed-term Education & Learning project position aligned to the transformational CA X Program, reporting to the Lead Learning Designer, CA X based in our Sydney office. The primary responsibility of the Learning Designer & Curator is to deliver quality learning design and development outputs on time and to budget, as articulated in the design strategy and high-level design documents. This position will be working on the CA X Project, a critical program of work to transform the current CA Program.
CA X will be a prestigious and rigorous program using leading edge and emerging practices to create CA professionals equipped with the ‘work-ready’ skills demanded by business and employers. The Opportunity Designing learning experiences that are both relevant and contemporary and transforms the Chartered Accountants Program Working with key SMEs to transform content into best practice learning experiences, using a wide range of delivery methods Clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message. Adding value as an integral member of the CA X and wider education and learning team by being forward looking and supportive of program wide change Working collaboratively with all functional areas of CAX project team & the wider organization throughout the design, development and delivery stages of the project Great To have 2 years Experience in applying learning design methodologies to various types of media and delivery methods including all types of digital and blended learning Experience in providing learning services in the tertiary and/or professional education sector.
Ability to conceptualise prototype designs, sample websites and online learning interactions.
