Key Account Manager/ Executive (Fashion/Accent)

No Relocation or Visa support is offered for this role. _______________________________________________________________________ Senior Specialist, Fashion Key Accounts (Accent) Purpose: Due to an internal promotion, adidas is now recruiting for an experienced Key Account Executive / Manager or buyer to join our Fashion Wholesale team.
Reporting to the Manager, Fashion Key Accounts (Snr Key Account Manager) you will be responsible for driving and achieving sales and margin objectives across both adidas & Reebok in allocated Fashion Key Accounts Key responsibilities: Driving sales and margins to achieve allocated Target, across both in season and future season sell in’s of allocated accounts Drive the customer performance at all touch points to deliver mutual and sustainable growth Build effective strategic partnerships both internally and externally with allocated fashion key accounts Assist with monthly sales forecasting process across allocated key accounts with a critical focus on accuracy Assist and drive the ‘Go to Market’ process and milestones across allocated fashion key accounts Assist in building efficient and effective sell in plans and strategies in line with key seasonal objectives for the seasonal ‘Go to Market’ cycle. Ensuring alignment of brand & product initiatives to customer and consumer Driving contract / order book conversion in line with business KPI’s through disciplined customer communication and alignment Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on key responsibilities. Building and deliver against a strategic business plan for each key account Providing exceptional customer focus and management The successful candidate: You will have strong, demonstrable, professional wholesale sales experience or Retail buyer experience developed in the Sport, Fashion or similar type industries.
Your strong account management, data analysis capabilities and negotiation skills enable you to build strong relationships and successfully deliver your business objectives. A history of streetwear apparel/footwear wholesale sales experience will be highly regarded. You work well autonomously and are a strong team player with a solution-focused approach and a high-quality standard of execution and delivery.
Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded. How do I apply?
