The Project The CA X Program is a critical program of work seeking to transform the current CA Program and business operating model, providing a significant uplift in the member value proposition. CA X will be a prestigious and rigorous program utilising leading edge and emerging practices to create CA professionals equipped with the ‘work-ready’ skills demanded by business and employers. Our accounting graduates will be regarded as strategic talent and known for their versatility and ability to learn and adapt as rapidly as industry, business and employers evolve.

The TAX Content Development Lead is aligned to the transformational CA X Program, reporting to the Program Design Lead, CA X based in our Sydney office. This role has primary responsibility to manage the design, development and delivery of a stream of subjects in CA X, on time, on budget and to our expected quality standards. The Opportunity Managing the design, development and delivery of a stream of subjects for CA X that delivers on candidate, stakeholder and market expectations, and meets education compliance requirements Delivering on the CA X subject design experience on time, on budget and to the expected quality standards Working collaboratively with all functional areas of CAX including project management, delivery and production teams as well as the wider organization to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Engaging key stakeholders to ensure that our core CA program knowledge, skills and attributes are relevant and in line with the changing needs of the accounting profession Working closely with the project management function to appropriately manage timelines, budgets, and day to day team activities Great To have 5 years expereince practical work experience in preparing tax returns and providing tax advice in public practice and/or corporates Experience teaching and learning in the Australian higher education sector or corporate training environment Have demonstrated experience in the management and design and development of postgraduate, accredited learning programs in the field of accountancy Extensive experience designing and developing technical learning materials, including assessments Effective people management skills across the employment lifecycle from recruitment, appointment, workload allocation, induction and orientation, setting performance standards, and professional development Have knowledge and understanding of key global higher educational themes and trends and the role of technology to suppo.
