Project Supervisor experienced in coordinating, directing, scheduling, and overseeing the projects to deliver outcomes within required timeframes. As the Site Supervisor-Project Lead you will be responsible for the delivery of the assigned project in compliance with the scope of works, aligned with the company’s and client’s policies and procedures. Responsibilities will include managing, coordinating, directing, scheduling, and overseeing the project and associated site-based activities to deliver outcomes within the required timeframes.

This position will work closely with the current project team, design engineering, client project site team, manufacturing (workshop) and installation teams to achieve on-time delivery for the installation of exhaust systems (dual skin) and sound suppression equipment on the mobile mining fleet. Key Responsibilities: Execute project plans and provide reports and analysis on project activities. Compliance with procedures and quality documents, both company and client Manage and supervise the installation teams, scheduled works and activities associated with the scope of works Continuous evaluation and improvement of processes for cost effectiveness and on time delivery Develop a strong relationship and communication with the client associated with the scope of works to ensure expectations and deliverables are achieved Liaise with the company project team, including design, manufacturing and support departments’ Able to work 12 hour days/ 6 days a week when required The Successful Applicant: Previous site and/or project management, scheduling and supervisory experience Minimum 12-18 months current mine site experience and availability Recognised Supervisor Competencies per the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act 1999 (Qld) or a suitable training equivalent A relevant professional Australian accredited Engineering qualifications or industry experience Sound Microsoft Office Skills High level communication skills, with ability to deliver clear and concise message to the business and external stakeholders.
