Home Builder in Bella Vista looking for experienced Sales Manager within the Contract Home Buliding market. Running a team of 6 - 150 plus homes p.a.

Our client is the quiet achiever in the project home building sector. Specialising in Residential housing for owner occupiers and investors they have been one of the fastest-growing builders in Sydney in the past 2 years. NW Sydney Based - most of your time will be spent training and motivating the Sales Team across Sydney displays.

We are looking for a highly motivated and well networked Sales Manager to join the team. You will supported by one of the best "Senior Management" teams in the industry, along with some of the industries most dedicated employees. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for establishing and driving Contract Housing sales within the existing organisational sales structure.

Skills you must possess: Ability to manage a skilled, diverse and experienced Contract Housing Sales team. Extensive knowledge of Contract Housing within the NSW market. Strategic marketing capabilities and customer awareness.

Ability to form strategic relationships with all parties. Recruit, motivate and train a professional Sales Team. Attend forums and industry functions, to further develop and foster our developer relationships to ensure the best practice techniques are adopted.

Available to take calls and make decisions throughout the week and weekends. What's in it for you? 6 figure base plus uncapped overrides. OTE could exceed $300k.
